The Movie Out Here (2012)

In the heart of Western Canada, Adam, a diligent junior associate at a high-powered Toronto law firm, finds himself revisiting the rustic charm of his hometown, Fernie. Played by Robin Nielsen, Adam is unexpectedly swept into a whirlwind adventure when he reunites with his old companions, the audacious Jason (played by Viv Leacock), and the ever-ambitious Theo (portrayed by James Wallis). However, the jovial homecoming quickly takes a turn when Adam discovers that Theo's entrepreneurial venture, "Waxopolis", a unique ski waxing business, teeters on the brink of financial ruin. The culprit behind this impending disaster is a shrewd developer, whose ruthless business maneuvers and malign intentions pose a threat to Waxopolis. In a desperate bid to rescue Theo's dreams and salvage the business, the trio devises a grand scheme - a monumental fundraising party that promises to be the talk of the town. But their path to success is fraught with obstacles. They must navigate through the complications of party permit hassles, the constant shadow of the developer and his conniving son, and the peculiar presence of a Sasquatch that's rumored to be lurking in the vicinity.
