The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea (2000)

Ariel and Eric are delighted to be introducing their newborn daughter, Melody, to Ariel's father King Triton and the other residents of Atlantica. However, their celebration is interrupted by Morgana, the sister of Ursula the sea-witch. Morgana is determined to exact revenge for Ursula's death, which means that Melody will be in grave danger if she ever returns to the sea. As Melody grows, she becomes increasingly enamored of the ocean, even pretending that she has fins like a mermaid. When Morgana seizes this opportunity to transform the girl, Ariel must resume her own mermaid form to rescue her daughter.
