The Last Castle (2001)

General Irwin may have once been a three-star general, but he's now just another prisoner. He's been court-martialed and delivered to one of the most secure military prisons in America — the Castle. Irwin immediately becomes a target for the sadistic warden who takes great pleasure in putting prisoners in their place and isn't above murdering inmates who step too far out of line. But despite the warden's despotic control, some prisoners are planning a riot. With the skills that Irwin developed in the field, he could provide them with the discipline and tactics they need to transform a riot into a revolution.
