In the treacherous world of drug cartels, Sam Bodine once faced a brush with death during an initial clash with Carmen Vasquez, the ruthless Mexican drug lord. This fateful encounter spirals into chaos when Sam's fiery nephew, Garrett Bodine, seeks revenge, only to find himself serving time for assault. Now, Sam leads a tranquil life, managing a local hangout alongside his beloved fiancée, Jenny, while Garrett pines for freedom and his own fiancée, Tracy, from his prison cell. However, the past is not easily forgotten. The murder of Pablo Vasquez, Carmen's brother, within the very Arizona prison confines that hold Garrett ignites a destructive chain of events. Driven by vengeance, Carmen descends upon Los Angeles, threatening to upturn Sam's newfound peace and bring those responsible for Pablo's death to their knees. Enter Jack Slade, Sam's former ally and seasoned DEA agent. He orchestrates Garrett's premature release, uniting him with Sam in a desperate bid to thwart Carmen's revenge-fuelled rampage. As the stakes mount, the duo must navigate the deadly underbelly of the drug world, a task that tests their loyalty, courage, and survival instincts.
