In the bustling world of print media, Dave Joslin reigns supreme as the Managing Editor of the Star Chronicle newspaper, working under the watchful eyes of the Publisher, J.B. Grennell. Joslin's relentless pursuit of truth, however, stirs the proverbial hornet's nest when he runs a series of potentially libelous stories on Matthew Keever, a suspected racketeer embroiled in a fraud case.
