Plot

In the harsh, unforgiving expanse of Arizona's desert in 1889, the solitary and resolute Cole Brandt, a seasoned gun-for-hire, embarks on a relentless quest. He roams from one desolate outpost to another, meting out justice to wanted fugitives, alive or perished. Nursing the raw wounds of a personal tragedy, Brandt is on a vengeful pursuit of the ruthless villains who extinguished the light of his life - his wife and child, five years ago. His journey of retribution leads him to the wild and lawless town of Dead River, a place where fear flows as freely as whiskey. Here, he aligns himself with Thomas Morgan, the proprietor of The Majestic Saloon, and his wife, Sarah, offering them his protective services. As fate would have it, he crosses paths with Cassey May, an innocent beauty ensnared in the grim life of The Raven, the local brothel and hotel owned by the ominous outlaw, Travis McCain. McCain, the self-appointed ruler of Dead River, and his band of renegade thugs have the townsfolk living in the shadow of dread. Upon learning about the burgeoning bond between Brandt and Cassey May, he threatens her life, stoking the ire of the stoic gunslinger. Defying McCain's oppressive rule, Cassey May breaks free from The Raven, seeking refuge with Brandt and Sarah at The Majestic Saloon. Brandt is thrust into the perilous position of defending not only the saloon but also the two women who have become his responsibility. An inevitable confrontation with McCain and his bloodthirsty crew looms large, as McCain places a bounty on Brandt's head, setting the stage for a climactic showdown. As the dust settles, one man will dare to defy evil, one town will be forever altered, and one last stand will be made in the name of freedom. The day of reckoning has dawned in Dead River.
