Plot

In the aftermath of a near-fatal overdose, Joey (Shu Qi) finds herself miraculously pulled back from the brink of death, her existence punctuated by fleeting glimpses of the spectral figures who accompanied her during her darkest moments. As she attempts to rebuild her life and embrace a fresh start, an unexpected pregnancy throws her into a whirlpool of emotional instability and agonizing indecision. Haunted by the specter of abortion, Joey perceives a world where the line between the living and the dead blurs. Mysterious strangers seem to lurk at every corner, their sudden appearances threatening her fragile sanity. She feels an ominous presence stalking her, embodied by a woman whose enigmatic gaze seems to penetrate her very soul. One harrowing encounter on a train platform culminates in the woman's suicide, an event that shatters Joey's already fractured psyche. Yet, when no evidence of the tragic act is found, Joey's reality begins to crumble, leaving her teetering on the edge of madness. In a desperate bid to make sense of the shadowy images that plague her, Joey turns to her enigmatic ex-lover, Sam (Tik Jesadaporn Pholdee). As the sole key to unraveling her torment, Sam might hold the answers to the twilight world encroaching upon Joey. Will she find clarity in the chaos, or succumb to the haunting darkness that threatens to consume her? Dive into 'The Eye 2' to discover a chilling journey through the threshold of life, death, and the murky realm that lies in-between.
