Plot

Awakening in a stark white cube, a man finds himself trapped within a four-by-four grid, his memory of how he arrived there completely erased. The cube seems impenetrable, a prison without an obvious escape route. As time stretches on, the rigid structure of the cube is disrupted by the sudden and unpredictable opening of panels. These portals allow a parade of intruders to enter, from singular individuals to a child peddling on a tricycle, even a rock band, their music filling the confines of the cube with a haunting refrain, "You'll never get out, you'll never get out, you'll never get out till you die." The cube soon fills with an eclectic mix of people, transforming the austere space into a surreal cocktail party. Amidst this chaos, the man is confronted by his own doppelgänger, who challenges him to find his unique path to freedom. Is he a captive, a patient, or a willing participant in a bizarre retreat? The narratives shift and blur with each new face that appears. Just as hope seems to dissipate entirely, the monotonous click of a panel opening offers a glimmer of escape. The man navigates through the opening to find himself in the clinical sterility of a therapist’s corridor. A welcoming therapist seems to offer solace, leading him to an office and hinting at the enigmatic reason behind his confinement within the cube. But can he trust this newfound reality? Prompted to sign discharge papers with a fountain pen, the man accidentally slices his finger. The taste of strawberry jam, not blood, coats his tongue. In an unsettling twist, the office begins to dissolve, returning him to the oppressive whiteness of the cube. As the world around him fades into the stark white of the cube once more, the viewer is left questioning the nature of reality, freedom, and the human mind.
