The Condo (2015)

In the world of real estate, Duke, a slick-talking agent finds himself stuck with an unsellable condo, cursed by a gruesome past and spooked potential buyers. When his poker partners lament about the lack of secretive spaces for their clandestine trysts, Duke seizes the opportunity to solve both predicaments. Duke, along with Ron D., a stand-up comedian, Tom, a timid under-the-thumb husband, and Juan, a gay dance maestro with a desire for exploration, forge an alliance to rent the condo and transform it into their secret love nest. The plan almost crumbles from the onset when a scheduling oversight leads to a collision of their romantic rendezvous on the same night. Through quick thinking and a sprinkle of luck, they dodge disaster, and devise an impeccable plan - each gets the condo for one week a month, ample time to modify the personal touches to prevent any suspicious inquiries. Life seems perfect until the arrival of an unhinged mistress, a Middle Eastern family hell-bent on retribution, and a doubtful wife. This chaotic mix triggers a domino effect, leading to an unexpected convergence of all parties in the condo on the same night. The ensuing chaos, filled with furious mistresses, irate wives, religious zealots, and gun-toting police, culminates in a wildly explosive finale to this comedic love story spun out of control.
