Plot

In the prestigious confines of an upscale psychiatric clinic, the line between the sane and the insane blurs, as the doctors and staff display eccentricities rivaling those of their patients. The clinic's stalwart director, Dr. Stewart McIver, in an unconventional therapeutic approach, encourages his patients to channel their creativity into designing and crafting new drapes for the clinic's library. Meanwhile, his wife, the somewhat unhinged Mrs. Karen McIver, yearns for her own imprint on the clinic's aesthetic, stepping into the fray by placing an order for new drapes herself. This perceived invasion of territory doesn't sit well with the clinic's seasoned business manager, Miss Inch, who also throws her hat into the drape debacle, ordering her own set. As the tension escalates, the clinic becomes a battleground of egos and drapes, with the unfolding drama threatening to overshadow the clinic's true purpose. The Cobweb spins a tale of human frailty, power struggles, and the absurdity of life, all wrapped up in the unlikely controversy over the perfect set of drapes.
