In the heart of a ruthless underworld, recently bailed mob boss Bellavance (Ray Wise) finds himself short of half a million dollars. Driven by vengeance and the burning need to recover his lost fortune, he unleashes a savage pack of hitmen, led by the formidable Derek Mears, on a relentless quest to reclaim what's his. Their path is stained with the blood of anyone unfortunate enough to cross their trajectory, as they leave behind a trail of 'loud and messy' reminders of their deadly intent.
