Nestled in the heart of tranquility is the small town of Woods Creek, a place where terror has slumbered soundlessly for half a century. Its inception dates back to 1962, when a cryptic Drifter wandered into the town, leaving a chilling trail of bizarre events and unspeakable murders in his wake. As abruptly as he had appeared, he vanished, leaving the town to heal its wounds in his eerie absence. Fast forward to the present day, Woods Creek has long since recovered, its peace undisturbed, its past forgotten. But as the chilling newspaper clippings from the 1962 horrors begin to resurface, the town's tranquility is shattered, and dormant memories are rudely awakened. The Drifter, as if summoned by the echoes of the past, reappears. An enigma draped in timelessness, he is unchanged, clad in the same clothes, driving the same 1962 Buick Special, as if he stepped out of a forgotten photograph. His return casts a sinister shadow over Woods Creek, as the town descends once more into a nightmare of inexplicable events and surges of mayhem. In the midst of this bedlam, Father Fulci and Detective Smith Wesson stand as pillars of hope, desperately striving to keep the town from crumbling into chaos. Will they succeed, or will Woods Creek succumb to the Terror it once survived? Only time will reveal if the Drifter's return is a dark reprise of the past or a prelude to an even grimmer future.
