In the quaint, unsung town of Texico, New Mexico, a political storm brews at the heart of America's democracy. November 2004 sees the spirited and civically aware fifth-grader Molly Johnson enlightening her classmates about the impending presidential election, sparked by her newfound knowledge of federal politics.
