State of Grace (1990)

After a decade-long absence bathed in mystery, Terry Noonan finds his way back to the gritty heart of New York's Hells Kitchen, a place echoing with the ghosts of his past. His return stirs up dormant ties, as he reconnects with his childhood comrade, Jackie, now entangled in the dangerous webs of the Irish mob, led by none other than his own brother, Frankie.
