In a dramatic display of maritime chaos and comedy, a German submarine wreaks havoc on the waters, demolishing a rowboat, a buoy, and even one of its own fleet in a muddled frenzy. Unfazed by the confusion, Popeye, the brave sailor man, is on a mission, steering a boat laden with "spinach fer Britain", right into the path of the bumbling submarine, purely by chance.
