Plot
In the shadowy labyrinth of Los Angeles, a successful lawyer named Jeff Mills becomes entangled in a nocturnal game of danger and intrigue. After leaving an after-hours gathering with his colleagues, he and his friend Derek Clayton stumble upon a disturbing scene in a dim-lit parking area: a stranger viciously assaulting a young woman. Proving chivalry is not dead, Jeff and Derek intervene, rescuing the woman, who introduces herself as Miranda Reed.
Allegedly living under the oppressive thumb of a man named Aldys, Miranda's vulnerability and allure captivate Jeff. Succumbing to the pull of attraction, they share a passionate night, and Miranda swiftly moves into Jeff's apartment. However, when Aldys confronts Jeff, Miranda mysteriously disappears, leaving Jeff in a tailspin of confusion and desperation.
Turning to the police, Jeff presents Lieutenant Lee with Miranda's photo, who points out her unusual necklace. This seemingly insignificant detail unravels a chilling truth: it is the symbol of a satanic sect that worships the devil. Suddenly, the woman he has fallen for reappears, revealing her haunting past: her mother, a witch, introduced her to the coven, and she has been trying to escape ever since.
Her freedom comes with a terrifying condition: she must avoid the winter solstice, a time when her coven congregates on a desolate beach for a ritualistic human sacrifice. With the solstice looming ominously, Miranda is kidnapped by the cult, plunging Jeff into a macabre underworld. The beautiful woman he once saw as a dream come true has now ensnared him in a real-life nightmare, an encounter so harrowing that death seems merciful. As the unholy night approaches, Jeff must risk everything to save Miranda, racing against time in a world of unimaginable evil.
