Species (1995)

Government scientists received a signal from outer space that happens to contain instructions for splicing together the DNA of a human with an alien's DNA. Scientists run the experiment, but unwittingly create a deadly shape-shifting alien that can look like a beautiful, seductive woman or transform itself into a hideous xenomorph. When the creature escapes the captivity of the lab, government project leader Xavier Fitch assembles an elite but ragtag team of agents, mercenaries and people with special skills, such as psychic ability, to track down and corral the escaped hybrid -- which is extremely lethal and extremely intelligent.
