At the heart of Theta-Pi, a lively sorority house, a sinister prank spirals out of control during an uproarious party. The mischievous Megan dupes her unsteady boyfriend Garrett, simulating a lethal overdose. Her sorority sisters - Jessica, Claire, Ellie, Cassidy, and Chugs - are complicit in this cruel joke, suggesting they discard Megan's "lifeless" body in a secluded lake. But under the strain of the escalating prank, Garrett's fear turns fatal, leaving Megan impaled by a tire iron. Cassidy, driven by guilt, yearns to reveal the truth to the authorities.
