In the vibrant beachside underbelly of San Juan, Puerto Rico, amidst a kaleidoscope of eccentric characters, we find Manolo (Pedro Capo), a private detective specializing in the seedy business of adultery. His world, the tourist-infested Costa Azul, is a pulsating ghetto of "players and ravers", where he operates from a guesthouse known as "El Hospitalillo". Here, he navigates a sea of intriguing individuals, including his artistic neighbor Nadja (Aris Mejias), the lovesick soldier Tony Puma (Modesto Lacen), their love philosophizing landlord Pedrin (Chente Ydrach), and a host of other colorful characters. His latest case plunges him further into the murky waters of deception. Tasked with investigating the affair of old friends Migdalia (Laura Aleman) and Carlos (Xavier Torres), Manolo finds himself drawn into a complex web of intrigue. He scores this job through a cunning play, tricking Migdalia's mother (Cordelia Gonzalez) into hiring him. As he delves deeper into this case, his past unravels alongside it, forcing Manolo to reconstruct the traumatic events leading to Frank's tragic end.
