Plot

In the storm-lashed landscape of southern California, 1979, a solitary delivery truck battles against nature's fury. Its cargo? A lethal tropical rattlesnake destined for the San Diego Zoo. After a tire bursts, the truck spirals out of control, crashing into a tree. The impact shatters the snake's glass prison, and the reptilian predator, seizing its chance, strikes the driver dead. With newfound freedom, it slithers into the dense forest, vanishing into the undergrowth. Two decades later, the once modest town of San Vicente has bloomed from a population of 6,000 to a bustling 30,000. Unbeknownst to them, the deadly rattler, which had made its escape years prior, has multiplied. Now, 25,000 hybrid rattlesnakes lurk at the edge of the town, drawn to the vibrations of the town's relentless expansion. As the town marches onward in the name of progress, it inadvertently ushers in a wave of terror. Silent Predators, a chilling saga initially spun by the imagination of John Carpenter, showcases a harrowing battle between man's ambition and nature's retaliation. As San Vicente faces an impending serpent invasion, the line between civilization and wilderness blurs, and the once silent predators prepare to strike.
