Plot

Haunted by a past marred by tragedy and mental instability, Dora Baldini makes a bold attempt to start afresh. Together with her new husband, Bruno, an affable pilot, and her young son, Marco, she returns to a cavernous house steeped in chilling memories and unspoken secrets. This house, a silent testament to her troubled past, was once shared with her first husband, an unfortunate soul ensnared by drug addiction, who met a gruesome end within its sombre walls. Seven years have passed since his death, yet the house stands untouched, a time capsule preserving a slice of Dora's life she wishes to forget. Bruno, ever the pragmatist, sees convenience in their eerie new residence due to its proximity to the airport, but Dora is soon consumed by an escalating sense of dread. The house begins to awaken, its dormant malevolence finding a host in innocent Marco, who becomes the puppet of a vengeful spirit. As Dora wrestles with vivid, terrifying hallucinations, the lines between the supernatural and her own sanity blur. She pleads with Bruno to abandon their haunted home, her fear for Marco's safety growing with each passing day. However, Bruno remains skeptical, attributing Dora's fears to a relapse into her former mental unrest. Is the house truly haunted by the ghost of Dora's former husband, or is Dora succumbing again to the demons of her mind? 'Shock' weaves a tale of psychological horror where reality and illusion intertwine, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats, questioning what is real and what is a figment of a tormented mind.
