Shanghai Triad (1995)

In the pulsating heart of 1930's Shanghai, Uncle Liu thrusts his naïve country cousin, Shuisheng, into the glittering yet perilous world of the city's most powerful drug lord - known simply as 'Boss.' Overwhelmed by the suffocating opulence and immense wealth, Shuisheng finds himself in an unfamiliar role as the personal attendant to Xiao Jingbao, Boss's captivating new mistress.
