Secret Zoo (2020)

In a desperate bid to climb the corporate ladder at his law firm, Tae-soo (Ahn Jae-hong), a humble assistant, is thrust into a challenging assignment. He must keep a sinking zoo, Dongsan Park, from folding for three months while the equity firm that now owns it searches for potential buyers. This task becomes even more daunting when Tae-soo discovers that the zoo's most attractive exhibits have been sold off. Faced with a ticking clock and the near impossibility of swiftly importing new animals, Tae-soo conjures up an unconventional plan. He rallies the remaining staff, a ragtag group of misfits, and persuades them to don furry suits, imitating the animals they no longer have. The faux-creatures, though far from perfect, could be convincing enough if seen from a significant distance. In this whimsical comedy, Tae-soo and his motley crew of faux-beasts must pull off the ultimate masquerade to save their beloved zoo while juggling hilarious complications and unexpected friendships along the way.
