Plot

In the heart of the countryside, young Rini resides in a dilapidated house alongside her economically shattered family: her ailing mother, once a celebrated singer whose voice echoed success; her burdened father, struggling to keep them afloat; her crippled grandmother; and her brothers - Tony, Bondi, and the mute, six-year-old Ian. The house casts long shadows, its proximity to a graveyard painting an eerie tableau. As the mother's life wanes under a shroud of enigmatic illness, the family is plunged deeper into financial despair. Upon her mother's death, Rini's father is compelled to journey to the city, intending to sell their ancestral home. However, in his absence, the house seems to awaken, stirring with unsettling occurrences. Skeptical Rini, unyielding in the face of the unknown, becomes an ally to Hendra, the devout son of Ustadz. Together, they unravel a chilling truth: Rini's mother, plagued by infertility, sought refuge in a sinister cult, offering herself to Satan for the gift of progeny. As Ian's seventh birthday approaches, a dreadful revelation hangs heavy in the air - the cult intends to claim Ian as their own. Rini and Hendra must grapple with this harrowing reality and confront the question that looms over them: how will they shield Ian from this malevolent fate?
