Plot

In the wake of his mother's demise, Ty abandons the desolation of Barstow, seeking comfort in the coastal town where his mother's roots lie and the waves offer him solace. He finds employment and integrates himself into the local brotherhood, where he is captivated by the enchanting Sandy, the sister of one of his newfound comrades. However, the tranquility is shattered when Ty's abrasive father, the foul-mouthed uncle, and his two miscreant half-brothers arrive unexpectedly, seeking refuge from the law. Despite Ty's vehement protests, the obstinate clan settles into a nearby motel, escalating the tension. The situation takes a darker turn when Sandy becomes a victim of sexual assault at the hands of Ty's half-brothers. In response, Sandy's brother and his friends retaliate with raw anger and clenched fists. The feud escalates dramatically, with guns and blades drawn, leading to an inevitable, heart-stopping showdown on the sandy shores. The peaceful seascape transforms into a battleground, promising a gritty climax amidst the shifting sands.
