However, Caitlyn's mundane life is turned upside down when Prince Jeffrey and Lady Isabelle, rumoured to be betrothed, arrive to host a charity function on New Year's Eve, with Appliqué playing a significant role in the royal proceedings. As the city buzzes with the prospect of a royal engagement at the New Year's Eve Ball, Abigail hatches a plan to showcase Leighton's designs on Lady Isabelle, a move that could catapult her daughter to fashion stardom.
