In the pulsating heart of London's underground music scene, Too Fine and his cohorts, Finny, Pushy, and Rage, aspire to climb the ladder of success with their garage act, "Time Served". With dreams wrapped in the rhythm of their hip-hop beats, they seek an escape from their past lives, marred by small-time crime and grimy street dealings. However, their dreams shatter with the chilling echo of a drive-by shooting, where Too Fine becomes the tragic casualty at the hands of Temper, a vicious drug dealer from their forgotten past to whom Too Fine owed an unsettled debt. As the dust settles on Too Fine's untimely demise, his sister Hope is violently assaulted and raped by Temper, a brutal warning to settle the unpaid debt. Hope, engulfed by despair and thirsting for vengeance, confronts Temper at dawn, ending his reign of terror with a single deadly blast. The plot thickens as Hope learns of Temper's connection with influential gangster David Brumby, who has lost a valuable associate with Temper's death. Striking a bold proposition, Hope offers herself as Brumby's new partner, pulling her and Too Fine's friends back into the criminal underworld they once strived to leave behind. However, their return to crime isn't without repercussions. An atrocious nightclub shooting, orchestrated by Pushy and Rage in retaliation for Too Fine's murder, draws the attention of the dogged Detective Andy White and his partner. As the duo tirelessly delve into the investigation, the noose tightens around Hope, Finny, Rage, and Pushy. The clock ticks ominously as they find themselves spiralling back into their old lives, with the threat of their world crashing around them looming large.
