The sudden death of her grandmother leaves publicist Karin (Gina Phillips) with an unexpected inheritance - a dilapidated mansion nestled in the countryside. A weekend trip to the property with her boyfriend Jeff (Randall Batinkoff) transforms into a week-long stay as Karin decides to clean up the place and pack up the belongings of her late grandmother.
