In a world where the line between life and death is blurred by science, Curt, a passionate young man, is willing to cross unimaginable boundaries for the love of his life, Julie. Spiraling down a path of dangerous intrigue, they trespass into Curt's father, Colonel Reynolds' clandestine military base, using a stolen security pass. Unbeknownst to them, the base is a hotbed of chilling experimentation as government scientists, under Colonel Reynolds' command, attempt to harness the terrifying power of reanimating the dead for military leverage. Their discovery of these macabre experiments is only the beginning of their nightmare. Amidst a wild escape, tragedy strikes when Curt loses control of his motorcycle, catapulting Julie into the clutches of death. Riddled with grief and desperation, Curt makes a perilous decision; he infiltrates the base once more to use the experimental zombie gas on Julie, in a heart-wrenching attempt to resurrect her. However, this desperate act of love has unforeseen consequences. Julie, now caught between life and death, begins to exhibit strange, horrifying tendencies, starting with a savage bite into a local Latino gang member. As their reality spirals into chaos, Curt and Julie find themselves not only pursued by military agents keen on covering up their secrets but also by the vengeful gang, igniting a cataclysmic chain of events that threaten to unleash a new wave of undead terror upon the city.
