Rememory (2017)

Memories aren't a reliable source of what actually happened, but Dr. Gordon Dunn intends to change that with his Rememory machine. The technology allows individuals to see their memories exactly as they happened, and the impact on modern society is hypothetically limitless. Sam's obsessed with both Gordon and his technology, and he sets his mind to finding out what happened when Gordon is mysteriously murdered. In the wake of his tragic death, Gordon's wife Carolyn is simply trying to cope — but she sees hope in Sam. Sam uses the machine to try and discover exactly what happened, but his motives remain murky.
