In the shadowy underbelly of Hong Kong, Kieron Chow, a formidable Khmer Rouge terrorist, and his crew descend into the city, ready to unleash their latest operation. Emerging from a coma into a life he doesn't recognize, Todd finds himself on the precipice of a new existence that might just cost him everything.
Enter anti-terrorist officer Mark Chan and psychiatrist Shirley Kwan, a pair determined to rewrite Todd's story.
