Hounded follows Elsa Seifert, a probation officer who gradually falls for a 16-year-old offender that she works with. This obsessive relationship between the older woman and confused teenager is much of the focus of the film. As Elsa’s relationship with her estranged partner continues to deteriorate, her attraction to the teenager only grows.
