In a clandestine operation 25 years in the making, a joint US-Soviet military project was born under the codename: Mindstorm. Its ominous purpose? To exploit and amplify human telepathic and telekinetic abilities for warfare. From the original quintet of subjects, only one emerged as both physically robust and mentally adept for the battlefield. However, uncovering the real intent behind his training, this formidable human weapon recoils and vanishes, now a rogue force.
