Plot
Whisked away from an orphanage by unsuspecting parents-to-be, seven-year-old Junior is anything but a dream come true. An incorrigible imp with a wicked streak, Junior has seen the inside of thirty foster homes, each one proving no match for his mischievous antics. Now, he's found his latest victims, the well-meaning Ben Healy and his flashy wife, Flo, who are eager to embrace the joys of parenthood.
Yet, Ben's dreams of fatherhood soon turn into comic nightmares as Junior's true nature unravels. Day-to-day life becomes a chaotic whirlwind, as Junior's mean-spirited pranks leave a trail of destruction in their wake. Even Big Ben, the discerning grandfather, is quick to call out the boy's devilish demeanor, questioning the decision to adopt.
Adding to the pandemonium, Junior forms an unlikely correspondence with his idol, Martin Beck - the Bow Tie Killer. A notorious serial killer, Beck shares Junior's penchant for bow ties and chaos. When Junior's admiration culminates in his and Flo's kidnapping, it's up to Ben to embark on a daring rescue mission.
