Whisked away from an orphanage by unsuspecting parents-to-be, seven-year-old Junior is anything but a dream come true. An incorrigible imp with a wicked streak, Junior has seen the inside of thirty foster homes, each one proving no match for his mischievous antics. Now, he's found his latest victims, the well-meaning Ben Healy and his flashy wife, Flo, who are eager to embrace the joys of parenthood. Yet, Ben's dreams of fatherhood soon turn into comic nightmares as Junior's true nature unravels. Day-to-day life becomes a chaotic whirlwind, as Junior's mean-spirited pranks leave a trail of destruction in their wake.
