Bathed in the grandeur of feudal wealth, Karan Singh, the younger offspring of an affluent zamindar family, leads a life of reckless indulgence. His existence revolves around a trinity of vices - wine, women, and song, while his elder brother tyrannically governs their wealth, extracted from the toil of countless serfs. In the midst of this debauched lifestyle, a chance encounter with an airline stewardess, Savithri, during a flight, leaves an indelible mark on Karan's wayward spirit. A twist of fate lands Savithri in the opulent palace of Karan's family, working in their vast estate, and rescues her from a perilous predicament. As time unfurls, the association between Karan and Savithri evolves, blossoming into a deep-seated love. However, the palace's shadows are long, and their love story becomes ensnared in a web of palace intrigues. Savithri is wrongfully accused of stealing a priceless necklace, and the palace walls echo with whispers of greed and envy. The amorous bond between Karan and Savithri is put to the test, tainted by suspicion and mistrust. The narrative takes a grim turn as Savithri, her parents, and siblings find themselves stripped of their dignity, living a squalid existence. Yet, they maintain their unyielding moral and ethical standards, even in the face of adversity.
