Pledge This! (2006)

In the sun-drenched, party-laden backdrop of South Beach University in Miami, the ultra-wealthy and unapologetically snobbish Victoria English reigns supreme as the president of the prestigious Gamma Gamma sorority. Her crown jewel, the prospect of Gamma Gamma being declared "Best Sorority of the Year" by FHM Magazine, dangles tantalizingly within reach. To clinch this coveted title and grace the magazine's next cover, Victoria hatches a masterplan - to augment her sorority's all-blonde, affluent roster with a splash of unconventional diversity. Enlisted to aid Victoria's cunning scheme is the ambitious and eager-to-please pledge, Kristen Haas. She suggests Gloria, her estranged friend, who arrives with a motley crew of eccentric dorm mates in tow. Among them are Monique, the DJ spinner; PooPoo, the Indian exchange student; Kathy, the middle-aged divorcée seeking a second youth; Maxine, the plump Southern belle; Babs, the quirky goth girl; and Tonya, the ever-gloomy outcast. This band of misfits, brimming with individuality, are subjected to a series of outrageous and often cruel initiatives, all under the pretense of acceptance into the elite circle of Gamma Gamma. But when the pledges uncover Victoria's deceitful game, a plot of retribution begins to brew. Gloria, the most assertive and intelligent among them, unexpectedly charms Derek, Victoria's frequently mistreated boyfriend. With Gloria's influence, Derek begins to see past his obsession with the demanding Victoria, providing the perfect ally for the pledges' uprising. What ensues is a rebellion led by the underestimated "losers", as they strive to turn the tables on the queen of the Greek student club, and redefine the rules of the South Beach University social scene.
