In the heartwarming yet poignant tale of Pin Cushion (2018), we follow the intertwined lives of the eccentric mother-daughter duo, Lyn and Iona, affectionately known as Dafty One and Dafty Two. Iona finds herself grappling with the harsh reality of her 'frenemies,' while Lyn battles with the seemingly trivial, yet deeply symbolic issue of retrieving her stepladders from Belinda. Both Mother and Daughter, each caught in their respective maelstrom, find refuge in a world of illusion and half-truths.
