OtherLife (2017)

OtherLife is more than just another prescription drug. It can create miniature, time-compressed virtual realities that are impressed in the mind as real, living memories. The possibilities for this type of technology are endless, but the applications drive its two creators to increasingly opposing reasons. When Sam sees OtherLife as an alternative to the prison system, company partner Ren is horrified. She suddenly recognizes the scale of pain that Sam can inflict on the world if he's given full control of the company. But Sam is utterly unscrupulous, and Ren is going to have a hard fight ahead of her.
