In the heart of a bustling city, nestled amidst looming skyscrapers, lies a quaint family-owned theatre, an artistic haven on the brink of extinction. Owned by the passionate yet financially beleaguered Ed Holland, the theater is the target of Frank Dunbrook, a ruthless real estate shark with a taste for profitable ventures.
