Clay Vanstone is happy to live a carefree life as a branch manager of the family business. But he's ultimately under the thumb of his sister Carol Vanstone, an uptight CEO who would like nothing more than to shut his branch down and downsize the entire operations. Her straight-laced approach to management ensures that there can be little in the way of celebrations on Christmas, but that's not going to start Clay from treating his staff to a holiday they'll remember. All they have to do is steer clear of HR, but that will become progressively harder as the night goes on.
