Oddball Hall (1990)

In the sun-drenched corners of a remote South African village, a motley crew of thieves, fresh from a splendid jewel heist, clandestinely take refuge. Adorned in the regalia of an eccentric brotherhood known as The Oddballs, they bide their time, anticipating their buyer's arrival to relieve them of their glittering burden. However, the tranquility of their hideaway is threatened when they discover the imminent visit of the Grand Wizard of the Oddballs, a twist that jeopardizes their carefully constructed disguise. Simultaneously, the village becomes a beacon of hope for the son of a bushman chieftain, who arrives in desperate search of a "wizard" capable of summoning water to save his parched people. Misled by the deceptive attire of the thieves, he believes the Oddballs to be the magical saviors his people need. These intertwining tales of deception and desperation set the stage for a tale of unexpected alliances and comical confusion, as the thieves strive to maintain their facade while navigating the unpredictable world of the Oddballs.
