North Sea Hijack (1980)

In the icy grip of the North Sea, a seemingly innocent group of reporters clandestinely infiltrates a supply ship bound for an offshore oil rig and a production platform. These men, however, are not the harmless journalists they appear to be; they are cunning terrorists, hellbent on seizing control of these vital structures. Brandishing guns and explosives, they take command of the ship, threatening to obliterate the oil rig unless their steep demands are met. Back in England, the Prime Minister finds herself in a precarious predicament. Her advisers push for payment, yet she refuses to bow to such brazen extortion.
