Night Hunter (2019)

When Detective Walter Marshall realizes that a young woman who's death he's investigating killed herself trying to escape from a captor. It's a revelation that will lead him to the discovery of a serial abductor named Simon Stulls who has been keeping multiple women locked up in his home. Stulls is seriously mentally ill, and the circumstances of the case suggest that there's more going on than Stulls could be reasonably responsible for. He'll find himself being helped by a vigilante as he digs deep into the murky underworld of the city and finds himself caught up in a sinister scheme.
