In the bustling heart of Sydney, lives a small dog named Napoleon. He shares his abode with a warm human family and his endearing mother. Yet, in spite of the comfort, Napoleon's heart yearns for the untamed wilderness, his dreams filled with visions of wild dogs that roam freely. His spirit of adventure takes flight, quite literally, when he finds himself in a basket tethered to floating balloons, whisked away by the capricious wind.
