Moon Child (1992)

In the heart of the African continent, an ancient tribe has been whispering of a prophecy for centuries, foretelling the arrival of a white boy, divine and destined, the Son of the Moon. Enter David, a young European orphan of 12, who stumbles upon this prophecy and becomes convinced that he is the anointed child. However, he is ensnared in the iron grip of a clandestine scientific organization, dedicated to the study of extraordinary beings endowed with extrasensory perception, beings like David. This shadowy organization, cloaked in the enigma of the occult, harbors a sinister plan. They seek to harness the celestial power of the moon, attempting to channel it into an unborn child, thereby usurping David's prophesied role.
