Plot

Wrestling with the demons of his brutal past, David Miller, a Vietnam War veteran, relinquishes his violent ways to embrace a life of peace as a minister. His resolve is tested, however, when his world is shattered by the horrific death of his wife, Gail, and daughter, Kim, at the hands of terrorists under the command of Ali Aboud, during a bloodcurdling massacre at a Rome airport. Finding no support from the seemingly indifferent State Department, headed by Mr. Whiteside, David is left to seek justice on his own terms. His quest for vengeance leads him to uncover Aboud's hideout in the tumultuous terrain of Lebanon. There, David seeks the guidance of his old comrade, Colonel Freeman, embarking on a rigorous training to prepare himself for his perilous mission. His journey intertwines with Reverend Bloor, who runs a mission in the war-torn nation. However, David's path to retribution is fraught with betrayal as he learns that Aboud is, in fact, a U.S. government operative, and Whiteside is determined to shield him at any cost. With Whiteside dispatching Freeman to Lebanon to monitor David, and even sanctioning his death should he attempt to eliminate Aboud, David finds himself caught in a web of deceit and danger. With the odds stacked against him, he must grapple with his inner turmoil, the ghosts of his past, and the intricate dance of political intrigue to seek justice for his fallen family.
