In the heart of their hometown, childhood friends turned radio co-hosts, Maggie and Jack, share their insights on love and relationships over the airwaves. Their popular local radio show is on the brink of national fame, and their boss proposes a New Year's Eve special where they introduce their partners to their families, live on-air. The venue? Their fathers' charming yet financially struggling jazz club, The Magnolia. Eager to save their beloved club and boost their show's popularity, they both agree. However, when both Maggie and Jack experience heartbreak just before the grand event, they find themselves in an unexpected predicament.
