McHale's Navy Joins the Air Force (1965)

In the throes of chaos and hilarity, Captain Binghamton's voyage to Brisbane takes a wild turn when his torpedo boat, PT-116, succumbs to an unanticipated leak and plunges into the abyss. Left with no alternative, he commandeers PT-73, helmed by the resourceful Ensign Parker in the absence of the seasoned skipper, McHale. Upon reaching Brisbane, Binghamton imposes a vessel-bound restriction on his crew, only for them to find unconventional allies in the crew of a neighboring Russian merchant ship.
