Inside the bustling hub of an influential newspaper syndicate, the reins of control are held by the eccentric John B. Radway and his astute sister, Ollie Radway. David "Party" Partridge, the syndicate's general manager turned jack-of-all-trades, is caught in a whirlwind of tasks. His mission: to steer Mike Forrester, the syndicate's top-notch cartoonist, away from his alcohol-induced haze and back under the bright lights of creativity; to coax Dr. Stryker, a maverick writer with a penchant for psychiatry, back into the folds of a fresh contract. Yet, amidst this chaos, his most pressing challenge lies in the captivating Virginia Radway. David must summon all his courage to prevent the woman he secretly adores from succumbing to the charms of the flamboyant Dimitri Kyeff, a man as unpredictable as his eccentricities.
