In the wake of his father's death, young Joey Collins tumbles into a world of the uncanny and the strange. He finds himself endowed with psychic abilities, a twist of fate that leaves him both bewildered and intrigued. More peculiar is his newfound ability to communicate through a red toy telephone, a line he believes connects him to his deceased father.
